For leisure vehicles made by T@B, we grant you a 10-year leak-proofness guarantee on the body manufactured by us in addition to your compulsory guarantee within the framework of our guarantee conditions.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL T@B LEISURE VEHICLES:

ABOUT THIS PRICE LIST:

The contents correspond to the status of printing in 12/2022. The price list is valid as from 01/2023 for the 2023 model year. Previous price lists, brochure information and technical data are no longer valid in regards to the vehicles offered. Errors and misprints excepted.

ABOUT TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AND ILLUSTRATIONS:

All measurements and weights are subject to change within possible tolerances of ± 5% due to the use of natural raw materials. We advise you to have any additions, alterations or installations carried out exclusively by authorised T@B dealers and to insist on original T@B parts in order to ensure your safety and to ensure that the type approval of your vehicle is not put in jeopardy. Any retrofitting of alterations or installations, in so far as they are technically feasible, shall incur a cost. Certain combinations of custom requests may be impossible in certain cases. We reserve the right to make changes to construction, colour and fittings in so far as these provide a technical advance, are reasonable and/or serve the purpose of safety. Information on the product delivered, dimensions, mass and appearance, correspond to our understanding at the time of printing (12/2022).

We reserve the right to make changes to fittings, technical data, series equipment and prices. Please make every effort to be fully informed about these matters by your authorised T@B dealer before making your purchase. After a contract has been concluded, we reserve the right to make technical changes within the framework of the construction insofar as they serve technical progress and are acceptable for the customer. Minor colour and texture deviations are also reserved - even after conclusion of the contract - insofar as these cannot be avoided due to the material structure (e.g. colour deviations of up to approx. 2.0 dE between paint on sheet metal and paint on GRP/plastic) and are reasonable for the customer Some of the illustrations show equipment features that are not included in the standard equipment and that can be ordered for an additional charge (optional equipment) as well as some equipment features of prototypes/studies that do not correspond to the standard equipment and therefore cannot be ordered as optional equipment. Slight colour deviations of the illustrations in the brochure from the actual vehicle cannot be completely excluded for printing reasons. Therefore, before purchasing a vehicle, please seek comprehensive advice on the current status of the series from an authorised T@B dealer. The decoration shown in the catalogue is not part of the equipment supplied.

ABOUT WEIGHTS, CALCULATION EXAMPLES AND NORMS

The water supply system corresponds at least to the state of the art 03/2009 (regulation 2002/72/EC) T@B leisure vehicles are characterised by their technical progress. With the help of innovative solutions such as the use of high-strength steels for the chassis or intelligent honeycomb technology in furniture construction, low tare weights of T@B leisure vehicles are achieved.

The mass of the empty vehicle within the meaning of this price list is the mass of the vehicle with standard equipment and without basic equipment, i.e. without the mass of the driver and without „liquids“, as well as without additional equipment within the meaning of Art. 2, no. 3 VO (EU) 1230/2012.

The mass in running order, as referred to in Art. 2, no. 4 a) VO (EU) 1230/2012 is, unless otherwise regulated, defined as:
Mass of the vehicle with standard equipment as specified by the manufacturer (incl. bord tools)
+ Alu liquid gas bottle (5 kg/11 kg) 100% filled (18/23 kg total mass)
+ Fresh water tank (100 % filled)
+ Toilet flush tank (100 % filled)
+ Fresh water heater (100% filled)
= Mass in running order

The technically permissible total mass according to Art. 2, no. 7 VO (EU) 1230/2012 is defined as: The maximum mass of the vehicle as stated by the manufacturer when loaded, i.e. the maximum permissible mass of the vehicle in running order with optional equipment and load (passengers, luggage, etc.). The maximum load capacity as referred to in the T@B catalogue is defined as: Technically permissible maximum mass - mass in running order = maximum load capacity

Example:

(Technically permissible maximum mass) 1.400 kg
- (mass in running order) 1.090 kg
= (Maximum load capacity) 310 kg

The information provided for a vehicle under the heading „Technical Data / Equipment Details“ initially refers to the basic type of model approved under the EC type-approval procedure. Within the scope of country variants and special models, these values may differ if necessary. Please inform yourself about such deviations personally at your T@B specialist dealer. Please note that the maximum load capacity as specified in the catalogue is reduced, for example, by the mass of the additional equipment ordered.

When selecting additional equipment, you are responsible for ensuring that your T@B leisure vehicle, after deducting the mass of the additional equipment from the maximum load capacity, must still have a minimum load capacity (= minimum payload) which must under no circumstances be undercut (see Annex I, Part D, no. 2.3.4.1 VO (EU) 1230/2012) (Maximum number of beds + Total length of the vehicle body in m) x 10 = Minimum payload capacity in kg [(Maximum number of beds) 4 + (Total length of the vehicle body in m) 5] x 10 = 90 kg.

As a customer of T@B leisure vehicles, you are required to ensure that the leisure vehicle configured by you still complies with the minimum pay-mass once your selected additional options have been taken into account. If this should not be the case because of additional options requested by you, then you have two options to choose from when placing your order:
• increase the pay-mass of the vehicle
• deselect additional options

Your T@B dealer will inform you at any time about the remaining minimum payload of your vehicle. The mass of the vehicle with standard equipment as specified by the manufacturer is determined by weighing a vehicle with standard equipment. As a user of a T@B caravan, you are obliged not to exceed the „technically permissible maximum mass“ when driving and to ensure compliance with the permissible axle and drawbar loads by distributing the load evenly in the vehicle. You are also obliged to comply with all other regulations necessary for the safe operation of your caravan.
