If you have an older vehicle, please contact our customer service by using the following form.

For safety reasons, we are unfortunately unable to pass on any plans to end customers. For your own safety, please only have conversions to your vehicle carried out by an authorised specialist dealer. All technical drawings and electrical installation plans for our vehicles are available to our dealers.

Please address your delivery date query directly to your dealer. He can always check the current status of orders and tell you the expected delivery date. We are not entitled to provide information about delivery dates.

We kindly ask you to contact one of our authorised dealers regarding the issuance of a duplicate COC document. COC documents have only been available for our vehicles since 2010. Duplicates of the document can be issued for vehicles manufactured in 2018 or later. They will be happy to inform you about the costs and availability.

Please address inquiries regarding retrofits or repairs directly to one of our authorised dealers, as these inquiries must be checked individually with the vehicle on site. We cannot provide repair instructions.

The permissible tyre sizes for caravans manufactured from 2010 onwards are listed in the COC documents under points 35 and 52. For older vehicles, please contact one of our authorised dealers. After reviewing the facts, you will receive the relevant information, if available.
